目的：观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合间苯三酚治疗肾绞痛的效果及总结相应的护理措施。方法将136例肾绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各68例。对照组给予曲马多和山莨菪碱治疗，治疗组给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇和间苯三酚治疗。同时，两组均加强护理干预。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组（均P<0.01），而不良反应的发生率则明显低于对照组（P<0.01），差异具有统计学意义。结论酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合间苯三酚治疗肾绞痛效果显著，不良反应少。

목적：관찰동각산안정삼순연합간분삼분치료신교통적효과급총결상응적호리조시。방법장136례신교통환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각68례。대조조급여곡마다화산랑탕감치료，치료조급여동각산안정삼순화간분삼분치료。동시，량조균가강호리간예。결과치료조적현효솔화총유효솔균현저고우대조조（균P<0.01），이불량반응적발생솔칙명현저우대조조（P<0.01），차이구유통계학의의。결론동각산안정삼순연합간분삼분치료신교통효과현저，불량반응소。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol in treating patients with renal colic and its nursing intervention measures. Methods 136 patients with renal colic were divided randomly into treatment group and control group with each group of 68 cases, control group received tramadol combined with anisodamine, while the treatment group treated with ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol, nursing intervention was strengthened in the same time. Results The effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were higher than the control group (both P<0.01), while the incidence of ad-verse reaction in treatment group were lower than that of the control (P<0.01), the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion Ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol in treating renal colic is effective with less adverse reactions.
