目的：探讨对主动脉夹层患者进行对症护理的重要性。方法：对1例主动脉夹层术后出现左肾动静脉闭塞患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经过积极的对症治疗，该患者左肾灌注功能明显改善，血压控制理想，情绪稳定，术后无其他并发症发生。结论：当主动脉夹层术后患者出现身体不适，尤其是腹部不适时，应尽早通知医生并协助医生为患者进行早期诊断和治疗，以降低肾动静脉闭塞对患者的伤害。
목적：탐토대주동맥협층환자진행대증호리적중요성。방법：대1례주동맥협층술후출현좌신동정맥폐새환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：경과적겁적대증치료，해환자좌신관주공능명현개선，혈압공제이상，정서은정，술후무기타병발증발생。결론：당주동맥협층술후환자출현신체불괄，우기시복부불괄시，응진조통지의생병협조의생위환자진행조기진단화치료，이강저신동정맥폐새대환자적상해。
Objective: To explore the importance of symptomatic nursing of aortic dissection. Methods: retrospective analysis a case of postoperative renal vessel occlusion in a patient diagnosed of aortic dissection. Results: after positive symptomatic treatments, left renal perfusion function improved significantly, blood pressure controlled, emotional stability, and no other complications after operation. Conclusion: renal vessel occlusion is one of the complications after operation for patients with aortic dissection. If the patient complained uncomfortable, nurse should inform the doctor as soon as possible, and assist the early diagnosis and treatment. This can reduce postoperative complications of the injury, and promote the patient recover early.
