目的:探讨检测2型糖尿病患者血清中FFA(游离脂肪酸)、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)和UA(血清尿酸)水平的临床意义。方法:对2011年2月~2012年10月期间在我院进行检查的80例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这80例患者作为实验组,同时另选取同一时期在我院进行体检的80例健康人作为对照组。我院对这两组人血清中的FFA、ALT和UA水平进行了检测和比较。结果:实验组患者血清中FFA、ALT和UA的水平分别为0.71±0.30 mmol/L、32.1±11.9U/L和342.75±3.04 mmol/L。对照组人血清中FFA、ALT和UA的水平分别为0.45±0.25mmol/L、21.4±10.5U/L和301.35±4.05 mmol/L。实验组患者血清中FFA、ALT和UA的水平明显高于对照组人,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者可出现血清中FFA、ALT和UA水平明显升高的现象。因此,检测其血清中FFA、ALT和UA的水平对辅助诊断其病情具有重要的临床意义。

objective: to study the FFA, ALT and determination of UA index level of the clinical value of patients of type 2 diabetes. Methods: in February 2011 to October 2012, random selection in our hospital was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, 80 cases of experimental group and randomly choose 80 cases of control group both in the morning on an empty stomach blood 5 ml put in vacuum drying tube, placed at room temperature 2 h after 3 000 r/min, the centrifugal 10 min, the separation of serum is about 1.5 ml centrifuge tube and stored in 18 ° under test. Compared two groups of FFA, ALT and UA index level, and fasting glucose, prevalence of type 2 diabetes and other indicators. Results: the observation group FFA levels (0.71 + 0.30), (32.1-11.9) for the ALT level, (342.75-3.04) for the UA level, were significantly higher than that of control group (0.45 + / - 0.25), (21.4-10.5), (301.35-4.05), the difference had statistical significance (p < 0.05). Observation group fasting blood glucose level was 6.218 + / - 1.815, is significantly higher than 5.012 + / - 1.645 in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), the observation group had a significantly higher prevalence of type 2 diabetes, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions: the diagnosis and treatment of T2DM patients, in addition to the traditional indicators, FFA, ALT, UA index detection has reference value.
