当代大学生群体作为社会的栋梁之才，国家的重要人才资源，正处于“心理断乳期”的他们更容易受到负面新闻对其行为模式及价值取向带来的消极影响，本文通过分析负面新闻对大学生行为模式及价值取向带来的种种消极影响及产生这些消极影响的可能原因，提出相应的对策及建议，为青年大学生的成长提供一个健康的网络环境。

Since its coming into the information explosion era,web has became a most significant way to receive information. The internet brings us a total new world,in the meanwhile,changes human’s work and life,and has huge impact on their action mode and values. However, this complicated network environment, which results in network negative news such increase, shows immediacy, openness and virtuality. As the pil ars of society , undergraduates is more easy to be influenced by the negative news when they are in " the mental state breaks the milk period".This paper analysis the negative effects and probable reasons, and set out the key point ,in order to propose solutions about how to make the negative news play positive effect to create a better web environment for the growth of col ege students.
