In this paper,methods of improving the pharmacology experiment teaching and promoting the innovative personnel training were studied. And the main measures includes Selection of experiment content; renewing teaching means and teaching methods; establishing reasonable experimental evaluation system; reinforcement of the construction of teachers to promote the training of innovative personnel.
