目的观察温经助阳中药熏蒸疗法对老年原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择48例老年原发性骨质疏松症患者，随机分成治疗组与对照组，治疗组在对照组用药基础上用温经助阳中药熏蒸治疗，对照组用钙尔奇D片治疗，疗程3个月，观察骨痛、全身症状及骨密度变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后中医证候积分比对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）；在疼痛症状积分方面亦优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组间骨密度值比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论温经助阳中药熏蒸疗法对治疗老年原发性骨质疏松有显著疗效。
목적관찰온경조양중약훈증요법대노년원발성골질소송증적림상료효。방법선택48례노년원발성골질소송증환자，수궤분성치료조여대조조，치료조재대조조용약기출상용온경조양중약훈증치료，대조조용개이기D편치료，료정3개월，관찰골통、전신증상급골밀도변화정황。결과치료조치료후중의증후적분비대조조명현강저（P＜0.05）；재동통증상적분방면역우우대조조（P＜0.01）；치료후량조간골밀도치비교，치료조명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론온경조양중약훈증요법대치료노년원발성골질소송유현저료효。
Objective To observe the Clinical effect of traditional chineses medicine for warming channel and supporting Yang(TCMWS) on treating senile osteoporosis by fumigation .Methods The 48 primary senile osteoporosis patients were divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with the TCMWS by fumigation,and patients in the control group were treated only with caltrate D 600 tablets for 3months.The scores of bone pain and Bone Mineral Density were observed after treatment.Results The treatment group was superior to control group in scores of bone pain and Bone Mineral Density.Conclusion TCMWS has Signiifcant effect on treating senile osteoporosis by fumigation.
