目的:探讨有机磷中毒性心肌炎患者CK-MB、TNI、IL-6水平的变化情况。方法:选择本院有机磷中毒性心肌炎患者30例为研究对象,选择同期健康体检者30例为对照组,两组患者均空腹抽静脉血3mL,送实验室检测患者CK-MB、TNI、IL-6水平,并进行组间比较。结果:中毒组患者CK-MB、TNI、IL-6水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);中毒患者由轻度到重度CK-MB、TNI、IL-6水平逐渐升高,各亚组间比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:CK-MB、TNI作为心肌损伤的特异性标记物,能较好的反应中毒性心肌损害的程度, IL-6通过炎症反应引起心肌损伤,也可作为心肌损害程度的监测指标;三者联合可有效反映有机磷中毒性心肌损害程度,并指导治疗。

목적:탐토유궤린중독성심기염환자CK-MB、TNI、IL-6수평적변화정황。방법:선택본원유궤린중독성심기염환자30례위연구대상,선택동기건강체검자30례위대조조,량조환자균공복추정맥혈3mL,송실험실검측환자CK-MB、TNI、IL-6수평,병진행조간비교。결과:중독조환자CK-MB、TNI、IL-6수평명현고우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);중독환자유경도도중도CK-MB、TNI、IL-6수평축점승고,각아조간비교,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론:CK-MB、TNI작위심기손상적특이성표기물,능교호적반응중독성심기손해적정도, IL-6통과염증반응인기심기손상,야가작위심기손해정도적감측지표;삼자연합가유효반영유궤린중독성심기손해정도,병지도치료。
Objective:To investigate the changes of CK-MB, TNI and IL-6 levels in organophosphate toxic myocarditis patients .Method:30 cases of patients with organophosphate toxic myocarditis in our hospi-tal were selected , meanwhile another 30 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as control group, 3mL blood was pumped in patients of two groups , and CK-MB, TNI and IL-6 levels were detected and compared between the two groups .Result:CK-MB, TNI and IL-6 levels of the poisoned group were sig-nificantly higher than those in control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);from mild to severe, the CK-MB, TNI and IL-6 levels increased gradually , the differences were statistically significant between the subgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion: As specific markers of myocardial injury,CK-MB and TNI can better react the extent of myocardial damage toxic , IL-6 induce myocardial injury through inflammation , which can also be used as indicators for monitoring the extent of myocardial damage ;the combination of the three can effectively reflect the extent of myocardial damage by organophosphate , meanwhile guide the treat-ment.
