目的:利用脑电超慢涨落图技术( ET),探讨门诊神经症各年龄段患者脑内神经递质、各导联熵值的差异。方法:采用脑电超慢涨落分析仪,对门诊各年龄段神经症患者检测,分析神经症患者脑内神经递质、各导联熵值的差异和受年龄、性别的影响。结果:0~29岁,5-HT、Ach显著高于正常值(P<0.05);29~39岁,AchR、Ach显著高于正常值(P<0.05),GABA、Glu显著低于正常值(P<0.05);39~49岁, AchR显著高于正常值(P<0.05),GABA、Glu、NE显著低于正常值(P<0.05);49~59岁,GABA显著低于正常值(P<0.05);59~69岁,Glu显著低于正常值(P<0.05)。各导联熵值与正常值对比发现在正常值范围内,偏高,且随患者年龄的增加而增加,在39~49岁年龄段最高,然后降低。结论:可以根据患者GABA降低做出临床诊断和使用苯二氮类药物;神经症患者的大脑较为混乱。

목적:이용뇌전초만창락도기술( ET),탐토문진신경증각년령단환자뇌내신경체질、각도련적치적차이。방법:채용뇌전초만창락분석의,대문진각년령단신경증환자검측,분석신경증환자뇌내신경체질、각도련적치적차이화수년령、성별적영향。결과:0~29세,5-HT、Ach현저고우정상치(P<0.05);29~39세,AchR、Ach현저고우정상치(P<0.05),GABA、Glu현저저우정상치(P<0.05);39~49세, AchR현저고우정상치(P<0.05),GABA、Glu、NE현저저우정상치(P<0.05);49~59세,GABA현저저우정상치(P<0.05);59~69세,Glu현저저우정상치(P<0.05)。각도련적치여정상치대비발현재정상치범위내,편고,차수환자년령적증가이증가,재39~49세년령단최고,연후강저。결론:가이근거환자GABA강저주출림상진단화사용분이담류약물;신경증환자적대뇌교위혼란。
Objective:To observe differences of neurotransmitters and entropy value of each lead in outpatients with neurosis of all ages by using encephalofluctuogram technology ( ET) . Methods:Using encephalofluctuogram technology, the outpatients with neu-rosis of all ages were tested. The differences of the neurotransmitters and each lead entropy value of these patients were analyzed and the effects of age and gender on them were also analyzed. Results:For the patients of 0-29 years old, 5-HT and Ach values were sig-nificantly higher than the normal values (P<0. 05);for those of 29-39 years old, AchR and Ach values were significantly higher than the normal values (P<0. 05) and GABA and Glu values were significantly lower than the normal values (P<0. 05);for those of 39-49 years old, AchR value was significantly higher than the normal value (P<0. 05) and GABA, Glu and NE values were significantly low-er than the normal values (P<0. 05);for those of 49-59 years old, GABA value was significantly lower than the normal value (P<0. 05);and for those of 59-69 years old, Glu value was significantly lower than the normal value (P<0. 05). Each lead entropy value was within the normal value, but a little higher;and it increased with the age increase, reached to the highest value in the patients of 39-49 years old, and then decreased. Conclusions:It should make a clinical diagnosis based on the patients' reduced GABA and then use benzodiazepine;and the patients' brain may be more excursive.
