建立了乳制品中纳他霉素残留量的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)检测方法,并讨论了几种常用的“假阳性”验证方法。用甲醇提取样片中的纳他霉素,采用BEH Shield RP18分离,检测波长为303 nm,以水:甲醇=55∶45为流动相进行等度洗脱,该方法前处理简单,回收率高及灵敏度高,准确度和稳定性好。

A method for the determination of natamycin in various dairy was established by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), and several false-positive confirmed methods for the identification were discussed. The sample was extracted with methanol as extraction solvents. The separation was performed on a BEH Shield RP18 column by eluent of water and methanol with their ratio 55∶45 as mobile phase. The method was simple, high recovery, sensitive, accurate and stable.
