采用GB 4789.10-2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验金黄色葡萄球菌检验》、SN/T 1895-2007《食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的快速计数法PetrifilmTM测试片法》、Brird-Parker琼脂+RPF(兔血浆)快速培养法三种方法检测同一浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌菌悬液,并对结果进行分析比较,结果表明在较低浓度100 CFU/mL~102 CFU/mL,三种方法计数结果无明显差异,103 CFU/mL浓度时,SN/T 1895-2007与快速培养法相近,但均与GB 4789.10-2010有显著差异,且GB 4789.10-2010计数值较高。在实际检测工作中,应该根据需要,采用不同的检测方法,使结果更加准确可靠。

The concentration of StaphyLoccocus aureus in suspension sampLes were determined using three methods-the nationaL standard method, the standard method of S.aureus determination by CIQ and the Baird Parker agar-RPF fast cuLtivation method. Comparison of the resuLts showed good agreement of the three methods at Low concentration (100 CFU/mL-102 CFU/mL);at high concentration (103 CFU/mL), there is significant difference between the vaLues obtained by the nationaL standard method and those by the other two methods (P<0.05); Data anaLysis aLso showed reLativeLy good agreement between the two Latter methods at high concentration. To gain reLiabLe resuLts, specific approaches shouLd be empLoyed as needed in daiLy assay.
