用茚三酮显色法测定蚕丝蛋白质水解液中游离氨基酸的含量,15%单宁酸沉淀蛋白质水解液中的大分子蛋白质,经离心过滤后,用凯氏定氮法测定上清液中总蛋白含量,继而测定蚕丝蛋白水解液中多肽的得率。本试验以期用低成本高效率的方法测得多肽的得率,进而可以应用于工业化生产。

The content of free amino acid in silk protein hydrolysate is determined by using ninhydrin color reaction. Macromolecule protein in protein hydrolysate is deposited by using 15 %tannic acid. After centrifugalization and filtration, the total content of protein in the clear solution is determined by using Kjeluhl method. Then the yield of peptide in silk protein hydrolysate is obtained. The purpose of this test is to obtain the yield of peptide by using cost-efficient method , then this approach can be applied to industrial production.
