为分离筛选用于牛活菌制剂的乳酸菌菌株,本试验采用API50CHL对从牛瘤胃中分离的60株乳酸菌进行生化鉴定,对鉴定出的菌株进行耐酸、耐碱、耐氧、生长温度、耐药和抑菌性测定。结果显示,经生化鉴定出的3株乳酸菌分别为嗜酸乳杆菌(L.acidophilus)、发酵乳杆菌(L.fermentum)和乳明串珠菌(L.holzapfelii),分别命名为L1、L2和L3。其中,L1耐酸性最强,L2耐碱性最强,L1在37~40℃均生长良好且兼性厌氧;L1、L2、L3耐药率分别为80%、67%、53%;3株乳酸菌对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑制作用;L1抑菌效果最好,抑菌直径为18.3mm和16.4mm。结果表明,L1、L2可作为抗性乳酸菌活菌制剂的候选菌株。

위분리사선용우우활균제제적유산균균주,본시험채용API50CHL대종우류위중분리적60주유산균진행생화감정,대감정출적균주진행내산、내감、내양、생장온도、내약화억균성측정。결과현시,경생화감정출적3주유산균분별위기산유간균(L.acidophilus)、발효유간균(L.fermentum)화유명천주균(L.holzapfelii),분별명명위L1、L2화L3。기중,L1내산성최강,L2내감성최강,L1재37~40℃균생장량호차겸성염양;L1、L2、L3내약솔분별위80%、67%、53%;3주유산균대대장간균화금황색포도구균균유불동정도적억제작용;L1억균효과최호,억균직경위18.3mm화16.4mm。결과표명,L1、L2가작위항성유산균활균제제적후선균주。
To select and separate viable preparations for bovine strains of lactic acid bacteria,this separated lactic acid bacteria from bovine rumen were identified by API 50CHL, the 3 identified strains were detected by alkali resistance, oxygen, growth temperature, drug resistance and bacteriostatic experiments they were L.acidophilus(L1), L.fermentum(L2) and L.holzapfelii(L3). The results showed that L1 had strongest acid resistance, L2 had strongest alkali resistance, L1 was grown strongly in 37℃~40℃and facultative anaerobic. The resistivity rate of L1,L2,L3 was 80%, 67%and 53%respectively, three resistant strains of lactic acid bacteria had inhibition for Escherichiacoli and Staphylococcusaureus in varying degrees;L1 had best inhibitory effect, the antibacterial diameter were 18.3mm and 16.4mm respectively. The results showed that L1 and L2 could considered to be candidate viable lactic acid bacteria strains resistant formulations.
