This article deeply analyzes the determinants of the problems of wind power development in China,based on the theory of the source of innovation,combining with the current status of wind power development in our country. Based on this,it constructs the theoretical framework of wind power ecosystem in our country,thus providing implications for the sus-tainable development of China’s wind power.
