在中心钻制造过程中,对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢中心钻进行了不同温度的淬火实验,并对其产成品进行了寿命切削试验,获得了对应不同淬火温度情况下的刀具寿命数据。同时根据可靠性理论,对不同淬火温度的刀具进行了不同可靠性要求的寿命分析和计算。为同类材料、相近尺寸和类型刀具的热处理工艺制定和刀具寿命评估提供了参考。

Experiments were done with W6Mo5Cr4V2 High Speed Steel (HSS)center drills at different quenching temperatures during the manufacturing process,and tested cutting with the end-product for estimating tool life,then data of tool life corresponding to different quenching temperatures were obtained. At the same time according to reliability theory,the tool life at different quenching temperatures and reliability requirements were analyzed and calculated. It provides a reference for establishing heat treatment technolo-gy and evaluating the tool life on same material and similar specifications.
