摊铺机熨平板主要功能为将热混合料进行摊平、捣实、熨平，振捣器位于熨平板前端，利用偏心轴作用作往复运动，对混合料进行预压实。利用ADAMS软件建立某摊铺机拼接式熨平板动力学仿真模型，在相邻拼接段之间不同的振捣相位差的情况下，得到熨平板底板的振动情况，并与试验进行对比，验证了该仿真分析方法的可行性。

The most important function of paver screed were smoothing hot mixture,tamping screed,and the vibrators were loca-ted in front of the screed. The role of the eccentric shaft was for reciprocating motion,and the pre-compaction of the mixture. A paver splicing screed dynamics simulation model was built by using ADAMS software,in the adjacent splicing paragraph the phase difference between different vibrators,the vibration of screed backplane was found. After compared with the experiments,the feasibility of such a simulation analysis method is verified.
