在分析成形磨齿工艺特点的基础上,利用磨削相关理论,建立以利润率为目标函数的成形磨齿工艺参数优化模型。基于改进复合形法的优化方法,对影响齿轮加工效率、质量、成本的砂轮速度、进给速度、磨削深度等参数进行优化,并给出相应优化实例。此方法易行、效率高,对企业磨齿参数选取和实现高效高精磨齿目的具有理论指导意义。

The parameter optimization model of gear form grinding,which regarding profit rate as objective function,was estab-lished with correlative grinding theory on the basis of analyzing it’s craft feature. Technology parameters of gear form grinding,including wheel speed,feed speed and grinding depth which impacting on gear form grinding efficiency,surface performance and costs,were op-timized by using improved complex method,and some examples were presented. The experiment confirms that this way is practicable, convenient,efficient compared with the traditional way and can be used for the selection of gear form grinding parameters for enterpri-ses. There is theoretic significance for achieving high efficiency and accuracy purpose of gear grinding.
