采用AMESim软件建立了节流调速回路系统的模拟模型,设定3种不同阀口参数,并进行模拟。采用QCS003B型液压实验台对调速回路速度和负载数据进行采集,比较分析了节流调速回路的速度刚性,结果表明:所建的仿真模型正确,实验数据分析结果与理论分析相吻合,为该类型回路设计提供了参考。

The simulation model of throttling speed control circuit on hydraulic system was built by using the AMESim software, and three kinds of valve port parameters were enacted and simulated. The velocity and load data of throttling speed control circuit on hydraulic system were collected by using QCS003B hydraulic test rig. The throttling speed and rigidity of control circuit were compared and analyzed. The result indicates that the built model is correct,and experimental data analysis results are in accord with that of theo-ry,which is referential for the design of this type of circuit.
