对带氮气室的液压冲击器的运动特性及性能参数进行了研究与设计。构建液压冲击器活塞运动的速度时间目标函数,建立了基于氮气室的活塞回程运动、冲击运动非线性数学模型,并得到了活塞运动曲线的微分方程;通过确定部分目标性能参数,从而推导出其余的性能参数,采用这种参数的设计方法,可以将机器的性能参数与运动参数联系起来,有利于确定结构参数,该方法对实际应用及理论研究具有参考价值。
對帶氮氣室的液壓遲擊器的運動特性及性能參數進行瞭研究與設計。構建液壓遲擊器活塞運動的速度時間目標函數,建立瞭基于氮氣室的活塞迴程運動、遲擊運動非線性數學模型,併得到瞭活塞運動麯線的微分方程;通過確定部分目標性能參數,從而推導齣其餘的性能參數,採用這種參數的設計方法,可以將機器的性能參數與運動參數聯繫起來,有利于確定結構參數,該方法對實際應用及理論研究具有參攷價值。

Research and design to the characteristics and performance parameters of the hydraulic impactor with a nitrogen cham-ber have been done. The speed-time objective function of piston’s motion of the hydraulic impactor was constructed,the nonlinear mathematical model of the piston’s returning motion,shocking motion based on the nitrogen chamber was established,and the differen-tial equation of the piston movement curve was gotten. Through determining some of parameters of objective performance,thereby the performance parameters of the rest were deduced. By the design method about parameters,the performance parameters to the movement parameters of the machine could be linked,which facilitated the determination of structure parameters. This method has reference value to the practical application and theory research.
