对电液伺服阀用压电叠堆驱动器的动态特性进行了研究。针对所讨论的压电型电液伺服阀结构,建立了压电叠堆驱动器的动态系统模型;根据该模型的传递函数对压电叠堆驱动器进行了时域和频域分析,并仿真分析了系统阻尼系数、系统等效质量、压电叠堆刚度等不同参数对压电叠堆驱动器动态特性和输出位移的影响。仿真结果表明:增大系统阻尼系数、减小系统等效质量和增大压电叠堆刚度可提高驱动器的动态特性和输出位移。该结果为电液伺服阀用压电叠堆驱动器的结构参数优化设计提供了理论依据。
對電液伺服閥用壓電疊堆驅動器的動態特性進行瞭研究。針對所討論的壓電型電液伺服閥結構,建立瞭壓電疊堆驅動器的動態繫統模型;根據該模型的傳遞函數對壓電疊堆驅動器進行瞭時域和頻域分析,併倣真分析瞭繫統阻尼繫數、繫統等效質量、壓電疊堆剛度等不同參數對壓電疊堆驅動器動態特性和輸齣位移的影響。倣真結果錶明:增大繫統阻尼繫數、減小繫統等效質量和增大壓電疊堆剛度可提高驅動器的動態特性和輸齣位移。該結果為電液伺服閥用壓電疊堆驅動器的結構參數優化設計提供瞭理論依據。

The dynamic characteristics of a piezoelectric stack actuator for electro-hydraulic servo valve were analyzed. Based on the structure of piezoelectric servo valve discussed,the dynamic system model of piezoelectric stack actuator was established. Then, according to the transfer function of this model,the piezoelectric stack actuator was analyzed both in time domain and frequency do-main. Moreover,the influences of damping coefficient,equivalent mass and stiffness coefficient of piezoelectric stack on the dynamic characteristics and output displacement of piezoelectric stack actuator were investigated through simulation. The simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics and output displacement of piezoelectric stack actuator can be increased by increasing the damping co-efficient,reducing the equivalent mass and increasing the stiffness coefficient of piezoelectric stack. The results provide theoretical ba-sis for the structural parameter optimization of piezoelectric stack actuator for electro-hydraulic servo valve.
