针对我国传统交通规划的不足,基于低碳理念,在分析、对比和总结国内外低碳交通体系评价成果的基础上,提出采用二氧化碳排放量定量评价交通体系低碳属性,制定一套包含5个一级指标和27个二级指标的低碳交通体系评价体系,用层次分析法(AHP法)得到各个指标的权重,研究该评价体系在清远市交通体系低碳属性评价中的应用。结果表明,清远市交通体系的低碳指数为67.4分,属于四级水平,清远市现有交通体系在自行车交通系统、快速公交规划、公交线网密度、综合交通体系规划、交通与土地利用的规划及研究等方面有较大的提升空间。

Based on the shortcomings of the traditional transportation planning in China and the concept of low carbon,the paper analyzed,compared and summarized the evaluation results of the domestic and international low-carbon transporta-tion system.A set of evaluation system on low-carbon transport system was formulated,which contained five primary inde-xes and twenty-seven secondary indexes.In the evaluation system,carbon dioxide emissions were used to make the quan-titative evaluation of the traffic system of low carbon properties.The weight of each index was achieved by the analytic hier-archy process (AHP).The evaluation of low carbon properties on Qingyuan city traffic system was completed with the con-structed evaluation system.Results showed that the low carbon index of Qingyuan was 67.4 points,which belonged to 4 levels.And Qingyuan city traffic system has larger ascension space in the bicycle traffic system,the bus rapid transit plan-ning,the density of theory-oriented and comprehensive transportation system planning,transportation and land use plan-ning and research.
