为了解决供应链运作过程中存在的供产销不确定性给协同带来的风险问题，一般采用基于supply hub的供应链物流协作模型。针对由供应商、supply hub和制造商组成的供应链系统，分析不同的联盟系统下，节点企业、供应链的收益情况。结果显示，在各节点企业共同建立联盟时，整条供应链的收益最大，但节点企业的收益却不是均增加的。运用Shapley值分配方法对各企业的收益进行重新分配，激励各企业均加入联盟。通过数值算例进行分析说明。

In the operating process of supply chain,there are various uncertainties,such as the uncertainty of supplying, manufacturing and demanding,resulting in all kinds of risks in supply chain collaboration.In order to solve this problem, a general model of supply chain logistics coordination and operation based on supply hub is used.In this thesis,the supply chain system is composed of two suppliers,supply hub,and a manufacturer.The thesis first analyzes the different income situation of every node enterprise and the overall supply chain under different alliance system.The results show:on the es-tablishment of alliance of each node enterprise,profit is the biggest of the whole supply chain,while each node enterprise's profit is not increased;using Shapley value method to redistribute the income of each enterprise can encourage the enter-prises to join the alliance.Finally,a numerical example is provided as a proof.
