通过分析隐性知识的理论争议和质疑，提出一个包含两轴（静态-动态轴、集体-个人轴）四维（个人知识和集体知识、个人认知和集体认知）的综合矩阵来有效整合相关理论，并且展现隐性知识的特质，以这个综合矩阵来解答目前对隐性知识理论的一些质疑。
通過分析隱性知識的理論爭議和質疑，提齣一箇包含兩軸（靜態-動態軸、集體-箇人軸）四維（箇人知識和集體知識、箇人認知和集體認知）的綜閤矩陣來有效整閤相關理論，併且展現隱性知識的特質，以這箇綜閤矩陣來解答目前對隱性知識理論的一些質疑。
통과분석은성지식적이론쟁의화질의，제출일개포함량축（정태-동태축、집체-개인축）사유（개인지식화집체지식、개인인지화집체인지）적종합구진래유효정합상관이론，병차전현은성지식적특질，이저개종합구진래해답목전대은성지식이론적일사질의。
This article aims to broaden the existing understanding of tacit knowledge,as that relates to the epistemological dimension of possession and action.I propose a comprehensive matrix to integrate the core ideas in an effective way and shed light on the robust establishment of tacit knowledge by suggestions to resolve the key debates.The suggestions are based on the four dimensions of the matrix arraying tacit knowledge among the axes of individual-collective and knowledge-knowing.The four dimensions of individual knowledge,collective knowledge,individual knowing and collective knowing are elaborated respectively.
