Xueniaokang capsule%TLC%HPLC%quality specification
目的:建立血尿康胶囊的质量标准,为医院制剂申报奠定基础。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC )对血尿康胶囊中女贞子、墨旱莲、三七和焦栀子药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定血尿康胶囊中三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg1,人参皂苷Rb1的含量。结果:TLC定性鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好,色谱特征明显;HPLC测定三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1分别在0.01~0.12μg、0.15~1.8μg、0.04~0.48μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r值分别为0.9993、0.9991、0.9991,平均加样回收率分别为96.74%、97.29%、97.52%,RSD分别为0.74%、1.79%、1.56%。结论:方法简便、可靠、专属性强、重复性好、方法准确,可用于血尿康胶囊的质量控制。

목적:건립혈뇨강효낭적질량표준,위의원제제신보전정기출。방법:채용박층색보법(TLC )대혈뇨강효낭중녀정자、묵한련、삼칠화초치자약재진행정성감별;채용고효액상색보법(HPLC)측정혈뇨강효낭중삼칠조감R1,인삼조감Rg1,인삼조감Rb1적함량。결과:TLC정성감별반점청석,분리도호,색보특정명현;HPLC측정삼칠조감R1、인삼조감Rg1、인삼조감Rb1분별재0.01~0.12μg、0.15~1.8μg、0.04~0.48μg범위내정량호적선성관계,r치분별위0.9993、0.9991、0.9991,평균가양회수솔분별위96.74%、97.29%、97.52%,RSD분별위0.74%、1.79%、1.56%。결론:방법간편、가고、전속성강、중복성호、방법준학,가용우혈뇨강효낭적질량공제。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Xueniaokang capsule,laying the foundation for the applica-tion of hospital preparations.Method Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta prostrate,Panax-notoginseng,Gardenia jasminoides were identi-fied by thin-layer chromatography (TLC).The notoginsenoside R1 and notoginsenoside Rg1/Rb1 of Xueniaokang capsule was deter-mined by HPLC.Result The characteristic for identification by TLC was distinct.The linear correlation of notoginsenoside R1 and no-toginsenoside Rg1/Rb1 was good in the range of0.01 ~0.12μg (r=0.9993),0.15 ~1.8μg (r=0.9991),0.04 ~0. 48μg (r=0.9991),respectively.The range of the spotting recovery rate was 96.74% (RSD=0.74%),97.29% (RSD=1. 79%)and 97.52% (RSD=1.56%),respectively.Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable with good specificity and reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Xueniaokang capsule.
