目的:从3种常用提取方法中选择一种提取赶黄草中槲皮素的最佳方法。方法选择紫外分光光度法,以槲皮素含量为指标,分别对回流法、超声法、浸溃法3种常用提取方法对赶黄草药材的提取效果进行比较。结果槲皮素在2.72~10.86μg/mL时浓度与吸光度线性关系良好;回流法、超声法、浸溃法3种提取方法的提取效率分别为1.11%、1.01%、0.8%。结论该研究条件下赶黄草中槲皮素的最佳提取工艺为回流法。

목적:종3충상용제취방법중선택일충제취간황초중곡피소적최가방법。방법선택자외분광광도법,이곡피소함량위지표,분별대회류법、초성법、침궤법3충상용제취방법대간황초약재적제취효과진행비교。결과곡피소재2.72~10.86μg/mL시농도여흡광도선성관계량호;회류법、초성법、침궤법3충제취방법적제취효솔분별위1.11%、1.01%、0.8%。결론해연구조건하간황초중곡피소적최가제취공예위회류법。
Objective To select optimum extraction process of quercetin glycoside from Penthorum chinense Pursh from 3 common extractions methods. Methods Ultraviolet(UV) spectrophotometry was used to compare the extraction effects of Pentho-rum chinense Pursh by 3 common extraction methods of reflux method ,ultrasonic method and cold-maceration with the content of quercetin glycoside as index. Results The concentration and absorbance were in good linear relationship when the quercetin glycoside was within 2.72-10.86μg/mL. Extraction ratios were obtained as follows:1.11%,1.01%and 0.8%respectively for re-flux method,ultrasonic method and cold-maceration. Conclusion The study demonstrates that the best extraction process for quercetin glycoside from Penthorum chinense Pursh is reflux method.
