目的：探讨动态数字化平板胃肠机在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）异位中的临床应用价值。方法选择2013年1～12月发生PICC异位患者15例，在动态数字化平板胃肠机透视引导定位下进行复位。结果15例PICC异位患者全部一次复位成功，成功率为100%。结论在动态数字化平板胃肠机透视引导下行PICC其头端复位是一种准确、直观、简单、省时、安全的复位方法，并且辐射剂量低。
목적：탐토동태수자화평판위장궤재경외주정맥치입중심정맥도관（PICC）이위중적림상응용개치。방법선택2013년1～12월발생PICC이위환자15례，재동태수자화평판위장궤투시인도정위하진행복위。결과15례PICC이위환자전부일차복위성공，성공솔위100%。결론재동태수자화평판위장궤투시인도하행PICC기두단복위시일충준학、직관、간단、성시、안전적복위방법，병차복사제량저。
Objective To investigate the value of dynamic digital tablet gastrointestinal machine in clinical application of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) catheter with malposition. Methods Fifteen patients with PICC catheter malposi-tion in the hospital from January to December in 2013 were selected and re-adjusted the catheter under the guidance of dynamic digital tablet gastroenterology machine. Results All 15 patients obtained sucessessful reposition at the first attempt ,with the success rate of 100%. Conclusion Re-adjusting PICC catheter under the guidance of dynamic flat multifunction gastrointestinal machine is accurate,intuitive,simple,time-saving and safe with low radiation dose.
