目的:探讨社会交往技能训练对精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:将2011年1~12月收治的38例精神分裂症患者作为对照组,开展常规药物治疗和临床护理;将2012年1~12月收治的36例精神分裂症患者作为研究组,在对照组治疗和护理基础上开展社会交往技能训练。两组患者在干预前1 d及干预后第3、6个月末均接受阴性与阳性症状量表( PANSS)、社会适应能力评定量表( SAFE)和社交技能量表( SSC)测评,并进行比较。结果:干预后第3、6个月末,研究组PANSS阴性症状和总分均低于对照组( P﹤0.05);干预后第3、6个月末,研究组SSC和SAFE评分均高于对照组( P﹤0.05)。结论:开展社会交往技能训练能够提高精神分裂症患者社会功能,改善病情预后,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토사회교왕기능훈련대정신분렬증환자적영향。방법:장2011년1~12월수치적38례정신분렬증환자작위대조조,개전상규약물치료화림상호리;장2012년1~12월수치적36례정신분렬증환자작위연구조,재대조조치료화호리기출상개전사회교왕기능훈련。량조환자재간예전1 d급간예후제3、6개월말균접수음성여양성증상량표( PANSS)、사회괄응능력평정량표( SAFE)화사교기능량표( SSC)측평,병진행비교。결과:간예후제3、6개월말,연구조PANSS음성증상화총분균저우대조조( P﹤0.05);간예후제3、6개월말,연구조SSC화SAFE평분균고우대조조( P﹤0.05)。결론:개전사회교왕기능훈련능구제고정신분렬증환자사회공능,개선병정예후,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the influence of social communication skill training on schizophrenic patients. Methods:38 schizo-phrenic patients admitted to hospital from January to December 2011 were taken as the control group and conventional medication and nurs-ing care was implemented in this group;other 36 schizophrenic patients admitted to hospital from January to December 2012 were taken as the study group and the social communication skill training was additionally carried out in this group. PANSS,SAFE and SSC were used to make an assessment of the patients and the results were compared between the two groups one day before the intervention and at the end of 3 and 6 months after the intervention. Results:At the end of 3 and 6 months after the intervention,PANSS negative symptoms and total score were lower in the study group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);SSC and SAFE scores were higher in the study group than those in the control group at the end of 3 and 6 months after the intervention(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The social communication skill training can improve the social function and prognosis of schizophrenic patients.
