目的：探讨临床护理路径在改善颅底骨折患者并发症及疾病认知度中的应用效果。方法：将96例颅底骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各48例，对照组患者采用常规颅底骨折方案进行护理，观察组患者应用临床护理路径进行干预，即针对患者的疾病情况、治疗措施及患者家属需求制定详细措施，然后以时间为横轴，将其进行合理安排。比较两组患者并发症发生率及干预前后疾病认知度、治疗效能感。结果：观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，干预后治疗、护理认知度及治疗效能感均优于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：临床护理路径的应用能减少颅底骨折患者并发症，有效改善患者的疾病认知度，为患者的治疗康复提供更好的条件。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재개선로저골절환자병발증급질병인지도중적응용효과。방법：장96례로저골절환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각48례，대조조환자채용상규로저골절방안진행호리，관찰조환자응용림상호리로경진행간예，즉침대환자적질병정황、치료조시급환자가속수구제정상세조시，연후이시간위횡축，장기진행합리안배。비교량조환자병발증발생솔급간예전후질병인지도、치료효능감。결과：관찰조병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，간예후치료、호리인지도급치료효능감균우우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론：림상호리로경적응용능감소로저골절환자병발증，유효개선환자적질병인지도，위환자적치료강복제공경호적조건。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in the improvement of complications and awareness of the disease in patients with basal skull fracture. Methods:96 patients with basal skull fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(48 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care for basal skull fracture patients and the patients in the observation group were provided nursing intervention according to clinical nursing path. The inci-dence of complications,awareness of the disease and the sense of self-efficacy of the patients were compared between the two groups be-fore and after the intervention. Results:The incidence of complications was significantly lower,the awareness of the disease and the sense of self-efficacy of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Ap-plication of clinical nursing path can reduce the complications in patients with basal skull fracture and effectively improve the patient′s awareness of the disease so as to provide better conditions for the treatment and rehabilitation of the patients.
