目的：探讨经皮单步扩张技术（ SSDT）在ICU危重患者中的应用效果及护理方法。方法：将64例ICU气管插管机械通气需行气管切开患者随机分为对照组和观察组各32例，对照组采用外科气管切开术，观察组采用SSDT。比较两组手术情况、生命体征变化及术后并发症。结果：两组手术情况、生命体征变化及术后并发症比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05），观察组切口出血、切口溢痰及总发生率低于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：SSDT创伤小，操作时间短，并发症少，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토경피단보확장기술（ SSDT）재ICU위중환자중적응용효과급호리방법。방법：장64례ICU기관삽관궤계통기수행기관절개환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각32례，대조조채용외과기관절개술，관찰조채용SSDT。비교량조수술정황、생명체정변화급술후병발증。결과：량조수술정황、생명체정변화급술후병발증비교차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05），관찰조절구출혈、절구일담급총발생솔저우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론：SSDT창상소，조작시간단，병발증소，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of single step dilatational tracheostomy( SSDT)and nursing methods in the treatment of critically ill patients in ICU. Methods:64 ICU patients who required tracheotomy for mechanical ventilation were randomly di-vided into the control group and the observation group(32 cases in each group). The tracheotomy was performed in the control group and SSDT was adopted in the observation group. The operation procedure,the change of vital signs and postoperative complications were com-pared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the operation procedure,the change of vital signs and postoperative complications between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05);the total incidence of incision hemorrhage and incision overflow of sputum was lower in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:SSDT has the advantages of little trauma,short operation time and fewer complications.
