南美白对虾由于其具有繁殖周期长，生长快、适应能力强、个体大且抗病力强，肉味鲜美等优点，是目前水产市场上的畅销产品，前景广阔。近年来其养殖技术发展迅速，产量大幅提高，笔者通过实施南美白对虾淡水高产健康养殖技术，保持了不错的经济效益，该项目组示范养殖面积共13.53hm2，放养虾苗842.5万尾,平均每m2放虾苗63尾；成虾总产量58772.56kg。
남미백대하유우기구유번식주기장，생장쾌、괄응능력강、개체대차항병력강，육미선미등우점，시목전수산시장상적창소산품，전경엄활。근년래기양식기술발전신속，산량대폭제고，필자통과실시남미백대하담수고산건강양식기술，보지료불착적경제효익，해항목조시범양식면적공13.53hm2，방양하묘842.5만미,평균매m2방하묘63미；성하총산량58772.56kg。
objective:Penaeus vannamei is the popular aquatic products in fish market, with the characteristics of long production period, fast growth, strong adaptability, big size, high resistance of disease and good palatability. In recent years, the yield of this shrimp has been increased greatly with the development of healthy farming technology. The author has applied the freshwater high-yield and healthy farming technologies of Penaeus vannamei in farming practices, and good economic profits have been gained. This project has demonstrated farming area of 13.53 hm2, with the stocking density of 60 fingerlings per m2 (8.425 mil ion fingerlings in total) and the total production of 58,772.56 kg.
