综述近年来有关香蕉皮功能性成分研究的进展，包括香蕉皮中已发现的功能组分：糖类物质、多酚类物质及其它功能性成分的研究进展及利用现状。收集、总结并分析已有研究不仅可以丰富香蕉及香蕉皮天然功能材料的数据库，也可以对香蕉皮功能性成分的深入研究及充分利用提供参考。
綜述近年來有關香蕉皮功能性成分研究的進展，包括香蕉皮中已髮現的功能組分：糖類物質、多酚類物質及其它功能性成分的研究進展及利用現狀。收集、總結併分析已有研究不僅可以豐富香蕉及香蕉皮天然功能材料的數據庫，也可以對香蕉皮功能性成分的深入研究及充分利用提供參攷。
종술근년래유관향초피공능성성분연구적진전，포괄향초피중이발현적공능조분：당류물질、다분류물질급기타공능성성분적연구진전급이용현상。수집、총결병분석이유연구불부가이봉부향초급향초피천연공능재료적수거고，야가이대향초피공능성성분적심입연구급충분이용제공삼고。
The research progress of the functional components of banana peel in recent years was reviewed. Including the research development and utilization situation of the functional components such as Carbohydrates , polyphenols and other functional ingredients. That collection, summarize and analyze of the existing research not only can enrich the database of banana and natural functional materials of banana peel , it also can provide reference for further rational development and utilization of the functional components of banana peel.
