通过虾干的近红外反射光谱与拟合其中所含磺胺药物含量,建立近红外定量模型,用于虾干中磺胺药物快速无损检测。模型采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)拟合,磺胺嘧啶和磺胺二甲基嘧啶的定标模型相关系数分别达0.98和0.94以上。模型的标准偏差(RMSECV)<6%,表明该模型能准确快速地测定虾干中的磺胺嘧啶和磺胺二甲基嘧啶含量,且可用于实际生产中。

In order to achieve rapid nondestructive determination of sulfadiazine and sulfamethazine contents in dried shirimp,near-infrared quantitative models were established by fitting the near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectral data of prawn with its chemical values. The models were further developed by partial least square (PLS) regression and the correlation coefficients of the calibration models obtained were above 0.98 and 0.94 , respectively, which gave more reliable prediction than its near-infrared transmission counterpart. The RMSECV values were both less than 6%, showing excellent effectiveness of the models developed in this study in predicting SAs contents in dried prown.
