目的：分析社区65岁以上老年人健康状况。方法：统计分析体重指数、血压、血糖、血脂、丙氨酸转氨酶、尿酸、尿素、肌酐指标在不同年龄和性别患者间的差异。结果：体重指数异常率为40%，甘油三酯总异常率为48%，总胆固醇总异常率为24%，血糖总异常率为25%，不同年龄段异常率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），男女比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血压控制良好。结论：需重视老年人健康教育，定期进行体检。
목적：분석사구65세이상노년인건강상황。방법：통계분석체중지수、혈압、혈당、혈지、병안산전안매、뇨산、뇨소、기항지표재불동년령화성별환자간적차이。결과：체중지수이상솔위40%，감유삼지총이상솔위48%，총담고순총이상솔위24%，혈당총이상솔위25%，불동년령단이상솔비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05），남녀비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。혈압공제량호。결론：수중시노년인건강교육，정기진행체검。
Objective: To analyze the health condition of the elderly people aged 65 and above in the community. Methods:The differences of the body mass index、blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, alanine transaminase, uric acid, urea and creatinine in the different age and gender groups of the patients were calculated and analyzed. Results:The abnormal rate of the body mass index was 40%, total abnormal triglyceride 48%, total abnormal cholesterol 24%, and total abnormal blood glucose 25%. The differences in the different age groups were compared and had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The differences between the male and female had statistical significance (P<0.05). The blood pressure was controlled well. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the health education for the elderly people and the routine examination should be conducted for them.
