目的：分析殷行社区居民大肠癌发病特征。方法：统计分析2003-2012年居民大肠癌粗发病率、性别和年龄段等指标。结果：大肠癌粗发病率为59.99/10万，标化发病率为25.24/10万，发病为全部肿瘤的前二位；随年龄增长发病率逐渐增加。结论：大肠癌的发病率高，男性高于女性，中老年人群是大肠癌的高危发病人群。

목적：분석은행사구거민대장암발병특정。방법：통계분석2003-2012년거민대장암조발병솔、성별화년령단등지표。결과：대장암조발병솔위59.99/10만，표화발병솔위25.24/10만，발병위전부종류적전이위；수년령증장발병솔축점증가。결론：대장암적발병솔고，남성고우녀성，중노년인군시대장암적고위발병인군。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of the incidence of the colorectal cancer of the residents in Yinhang Community. Methods:The crude incidence, gender, age and the other indicators of the colorectal cancer of the residents from 2003 to 2012 were calculated and analyzed. Results: The crude incidence of the colorectal cancer was 59.99/105 and the standardized incidence was 25.24/105. Its incidence ranked at the second of all cancers and was increasing along with the age increase. Conclusion:The incidence of the colorectal cancer was high, which was higher in the male than in the female. The middle-aged and elderly people were the high-risk population of the colorectal cancer.
