近年来心脑血管疾病逐年增多,有较高的致死及致残率。目前临床医生对无临床症状的动脉硬化人群关注不够。识别无症状的高危人群,可予以早期治疗,减少心脑血管疾病的致残和致死率,减少医疗费用,改善患者生活质量。本文综述目前动脉硬化的早期无创性检测方法(如脉搏波传导速度等)及应用。

In recent years, the cardiovascular disease has increased every year, and has a higher mortality and morbidity. At present the clinician paid the insufficient attention to the population with subclinical atherosclerosis. If the asymptomatic population at high risk are identiifed, they may be treated early to reduce their morbidity and mortality, reduce their medical costs and improve their life quality. The non-invasive detection methods are simple, economical, and reproducible, and have a higher clinical predictive value. This article reviews the methods for the early such as pulse wava velocity detection of atherosclerosis and its application.
