编制施工总进度表是设计单位在流域规划、预可行性研究、可行性研究、施工图设计阶段一项很重要的工作内容。在项目实施以前的任何阶段，施工总进度表均处于不断优化调整的状态，且每次调整与成果输出均繁琐费时。对目前各家设计单位编制水电工程施工总进度表的方式方法进行比较分析，指出了在优化调整施工总进度表时技术手段上所面临的问题，有针对性地提出了一种既可利用项目管理软件强大管理功能，又能得到AutoCAD传统格式成果总进度表的方法，可有效提高设计人员的工作效率。

The compilation of hydropower project construction schedule is one of the important work content for designing insti-tutes in the river basin planning, pre-feasibility study, feasibility study and construction drawing design. For designing institu-tes, the hydropower project construction schedule needs to be optimized and adjusted repeatedly before its implement, which is time consuming. Through the study of the methods applied by some designing institutes in construction schedule compilation, the technical problems in the optimizaiton and adjustment of construction schedule were pointed out. A method that can improve de-signing efficiency was put forward. It uses the powerful management functions of project management software and gets a construc-tion schedule complying with conventional AutoCAD format.
