团队弹性是团队面对危机、压力等负性情景时的抵御能力、恢复能力、再组织能力和更新能力。现有研究主要集中在复杂适应系统理论视角下的团队弹性、团队弹性的结构与测量、团队弹性的应用研究方面。未来的研究除要继续探讨心理弹性与团队弹性的关系研究、团队弹性与组织弹性的关系研究、提高团队弹性的机制外，还应关注干预和跨文化研究、团队弹性测量量表和问卷开发，并进一步拓展团队弹性的分析方法和实证范围。

Team resilience is the ability of resistance,recovery,reorganization and renewability,when the team is in the face of negative situation,such as:crisis and stress.Existing research mainly focus on a CAS view of team resilience,the struc-ture and measurement of team resilience,applied research of team resilience.Future research should focus on the relation-ship of personal resilience and team resilience,the relationship of team resilience and organizational resilience,the improve mechanism of team resilience.The intervention,cross-cultural research should also included.And further develop the measurement scale and the questionnaire of team resilience,expand the analysis method and empirical scope of team resili-ence.
