党的十八大报告提出，要深化金融体制改革，稳步推进利率和汇率市场化改革。李克强总理在2014年政府报告中也明确提出“要深化金融体制改革。继续推进利率市场化”。推进利率市场化改革是我国金融体制改革的核心和重要标志，也是我国以市场为取向的经济体制改革的重要组成部分。我国金融体制改革有了较大进展，并且在社会经济快速发展的情况下，推进利率市场化改革已经成为热点趋势。利率市场化有助于资金流向和配置不断优化，使货币政策传导机制更为有效。因此我们应该稳步地、坚定不移地推进利率市场化改革，完善相关制度金融市场的发展，继续深化金融体制改革。

Promoting interest rate reform is the core and an important symbol of the financial system reform. It is also an important integrated part of our market-oriented economic reform. China's financial reform has made great progress, especial y in the course of fast economic development, pushing forward interest rates reform has become a trend. Market-based interest rates helps to optimize capital flows and configuration, so that the monetary policy transmission mechanism is more ef ective. In conclusion, we should take steady steps and unswervingly make interest rates marked-based, and improve the development of financial systems, as wel as keep deepening the financial system reform.
