作为产学研合作的新型组织模式，产业技术创新战略联盟在我国得到了迅速发展，在构建政产学研体系、提高我国技术创新水平方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。在对我国产业技术创新战略联盟收益分配机制实践研究的基础上，提出了优化对策，如建立科学的联盟组织结构、建立以契约为基础的联盟成员合作关系、建立以市场需求为导向的联盟成员选择机制以及明确政府在联盟中的定位等。
