通过将贵州与我国东部的江苏、浙江以及西部的云南、甘肃、新疆等省区的科技和经济进行全面对比分析，可以看出贵州省虽然科技经济指标有了较大幅度的提高，但仍存在很大差距；在此基础上结合贵州省实际提出相应的对策建议，以期为贵州省实现科技创新驱动发展提供决策参考。
통과장귀주여아국동부적강소、절강이급서부적운남、감숙、신강등성구적과기화경제진행전면대비분석，가이간출귀주성수연과기경제지표유료교대폭도적제고，단잉존재흔대차거；재차기출상결합귀주성실제제출상응적대책건의，이기위귀주성실현과기창신구동발전제공결책삼고。
Through the comprehensive techno -economic analysis of Guizhou province to eastern provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang,and the western provinces of Yunnan,Gansu,Xinjiang,we can see that although techno-economic indicators of Guizhou Province has improved greatly,there are still very large gaps. Based on this,the paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions accordingly in order to provide reference decision for driving the science and technology development of Guizhou province.
