政府科技投入直接制约着科技发展战略的执行,如何通过政府科技投入引导社会资金参与创新型城市建设是当前面临的重要课题。基于此,分析金融危机前后珠三角5个城市的政府科技投入规模和强度的演变,尝试寻找其各自的科技投入特征和差异,并由此推断5个城市的政府在创新行动和转型升级方面的抱负以及未来城市竞争力的潜力。

Governmental input of science and technology directly restricts the implementation of science and technology de-velopment strategy. It is an important issue of how to induce social capital to participate innovative city construction through the governmental input of science and technology. Based on this,this paper analyzes the evolution of the scale and intensity of governmental input of science and technology of the five cities of Pearl River Delta before and after the financial crisis, then tries to explore their own characteristics and differences of governmental input of science and technology. From this,it deduces aspirations of innovation action and the industrial transformation and upgrading of five city governments,and future potential of their own urban competitiveness.
