科技型小微企业对推动国民经济发展、促进经济平稳增长、改善整体就业状况、维护小康社会和谐稳定具有重要的战略意义，对科技型小微企业可持续发展问题的研究将成为国内学术界关注的新的重要焦点。运用数据包络分析法（DEA），从科技型小微企业可持续发展效率角度出发，通过构建科技型小微企业可持续发展整体评价指标体系，应用DEA-TSMBSD模型对科技型小微企业可持续发展力作出系统综合评价。

Technological Small and Micro Enterprises plays more and more important role in promoting national economic development and promoting steady economic growth and improving the employment situation overall,which have important strategic significance to maintain the well-off social harmony and stability.The 1 8th CPC National Congress reported es-pecially support Technological Small and Micro Enterprises development and highlight the party and country attach great importance to science and technology for sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,the research on sustainable de-velopment of Technological Small and Micro Enterprises will become a new focus of domestic academic circles.The sus-tainable development of Technological Small and Micro Enterprises is referred to the enterprise in the production process, not only focusing on the current development,promoting enterprise restructuring,innovation and development,but also continuously expanding the breadth and depth of market development,improving the overall level of profitability and de-velopment potential to enhance their capacity for sustainable development.The paper uses the data envelopment analysis (DEA)from the perspective of efficient sustainable development of Scientific and Technological Small and Micro Enter-prises,constructs the overall sustainable development evaluation index system,and applies DEA -TSMBSD model to make comprehensive evaluation on the sustainable development ability of Scientific and Technological Small and Micro Enterprises.
