客观、科学地评估产业技术创新绩效，有助于相关产业采取合理有效的技术创新手段提高自身技术创新能力、保持竞争优势。基于投入产出角度，构建装备制造业技术创新绩效的评价指标体系；运用因子分析法，找出陕西省装备制造业技术创新绩效的影响因子，从而评价陕西省装备制造业的技术创新能力和绩效；给出提高陕西省装备制造业技术创新绩效的对策建议。

Objective and scientific assessment of the industrial technology innovation performance helps related industries to take reasonable and effective means to improve their own technological innovation ability and maintain competitive advan-tage. Based on the input-output perspective,this article builds the evaluation index system of technology innovation per-formance of equipment manufacturing industry,uses factor analysis to evaluate seven sub-sectors’technological innovation capability and performance of Shaanxi’ s equipment manufacturing industry,and finds out key factors that affect the tech-nological innovation performance. Finally the paper proposes recommendations to increase the ability of technological inno-vation.
