在构建供应商网络粘性对动态能力、产品创新影响模型的基础上，以166家制造企业为调研对象，对假设的因果关系进行实证检验。结果表明：供应商网络粘性对产品创新不仅有直接正向影响，还分别通过制造企业和供应商的动态能力间接影响产品创新；而且供应商动态能力对制造企业动态能力也有直接正向影响，中介了供应商网络粘性对制造企业动态能力的影响作用。在此基础上，对企业如何促进产品创新提出建议。

This paper sets up a theory model of the relationships among supplier network stickiness,dynamic capability and product innovation to explore their cause relationships based on the inquiry of 1 66 enterprises. Results indicate that supplier network stickiness not only has significantly direct and positive impacts on product innovation,but also has indirect positive impacts mediated by manufacturer and supplier dynamic capabilities. Furthermore,supplier dynamic capability has direct positive impacts on manufacturer’ s,and mediates the effect of supplier network stickiness. Based on the theoretical analysis,we provide some suggestions about how to promote product innovation for manufacturers.
