利用肉桂酰氯(CC)与ε-己内酯改性甲基丙烯酸酯(FMn )的酰基化反应制得了光敏性单体(FMn C,n=1~3),使其与聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(MAPEG)大分子单体和苯乙烯(St)进行自由基共聚,合成了具有梳状结构的光敏性三元共聚物(PFMn S)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR )、核磁共振(1 H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)对产物结构及性能进行了表征。采用溶剂挥发法将PFMn S制备成膜,经紫外光照后膜表面的疏水性增强;成膜时改变溶剂类型和加入量,可调控膜的浸润性及表面形貌;同时制得的共聚物膜具有一定的降解性。

A series of photosensitive monomers (FMnC,n=1-3)were synthesized by acylation reaction ofε-cap-rolactone modified methacrylates (FMn )and cinnamoyl chloride (CC).A series of comb copolymers (PFMn S) were synthesized by radical copolymerization of photosensitive monomer FMn C,poly(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate (MAPEG)macromonomer and styrene (St).The structure and properties of resulting PFMn S were characterized by flourier transform infrared (FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance (1 H NMR),gel permeation chromatography (GPC),differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV-Vis).Moreover,the film was formed by one-step solvent evaporation method,and then the effect factors on film properties were discussed in detail.When copolymer was irradiated with UV rays,the hydrophobicity enhanced.In addition,the paper studied how different solvents and different amounts of solvent effected on its wettability and morphology.The copolymer film had a certain degradation.
