目的研究体外短波在急性附睾炎治疗中的效果.方法选取2011年1月至2012年5月于西电集团医院治疗的123例成人急性附睾炎患者,按患者意愿分为观察组(体外短波联合药物治疗)和单纯药物治疗组(对照组),其中观察组51例,对照组72例.两组年龄没有明显差异性.结果经治疗,发现观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组住院时间、疼痛消失时间、肿胀消失时间,差异有统计学意义(P＞0.05).附睾体积恢复正常大小时间无明显差异性(P＜0.05).结论在急性附睾炎的治疗中,采用体外短波治疗的效果较为明显,疗效肯定,值得临床上进一步推广.
목적 연구체외단파재급성부고염치료중적효과.방법 선취2011년1월지2012년5월우서전집단의원치료적123례성인급성부고염환자,안환자의원분위관찰조(체외단파연합약물치료)화단순약물치료조(대조조),기중관찰조51례,대조조72례.량조년령몰유명현차이성.결과 경치료,발현관찰조치료효과명현우우대조조,량조주원시간、동통소실시간、종창소실시간,차이유통계학의의(P＞0.05).부고체적회복정상대소시간무명현차이성(P＜0.05).결론 재급성부고염적치료중,채용체외단파치료적효과교위명현,료효긍정,치득림상상진일보추엄.
Objectives To study the effect of short-wave effects in the treatment of acute epididymitis.Methods To select study objects in Xi'an XD Group Hospital from January 2011 to May 2012,123 cases of patients with adult acute epididymitis.Which are divided into observation group (in vitro short-wave combination therapy) and medication alone (control group,according to the wishes of patients),where the observation group,51 cases in the control group of 72 cases.There is no significant difference between the two groups.Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than the control group,two groups of hospital stay,pain disappeared,the disappearance time of swelling(P ＞ 0.05) difference was statistically significant.There 's no significant differences at epididymis volume to restore the normal size.Conclusions The treatment effect of acute epididymitis by in vitro short-wave therapy is more obvious,effective,and be worthy of further clinical promotion.
