目的：探讨深静脉置管应用于脑瘤患者的护理方法。方法将我科收治的162例脑瘤患者随机分为2组，分别采用传统的常规护理和综合护理。观察2组患者置管的成功率、并发症、置管时间和满意度。结果综合护理组深静脉置管导管阻塞、感染、脱出等并发症的发生率小于常规护理组，满意度高于常规护理组。结论科学的人性化临床综合护理对于深静脉置管脑瘤患者具有提高成功率、减少并发症的重要意义，可提高患者疗效。
목적：탐토심정맥치관응용우뇌류환자적호리방법。방법장아과수치적162례뇌류환자수궤분위2조，분별채용전통적상규호리화종합호리。관찰2조환자치관적성공솔、병발증、치관시간화만의도。결과종합호리조심정맥치관도관조새、감염、탈출등병발증적발생솔소우상규호리조，만의도고우상규호리조。결론과학적인성화림상종합호리대우심정맥치관뇌류환자구유제고성공솔、감소병발증적중요의의，가제고환자료효。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing to the application of catheterization of deep vein in brain tumor.Methods Totally 162 patients with brain tumor treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups ,one group applied routine nursing ;the other was given by comprehensive nursing. The catheter success rate ,complications and in-dwelling time ,and patients’ satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The incident rates of catheter occlusion of deep vein ,infections and loose in comprehensive nursing group were lower than those in the routine nursing group ;and the pa-tients’ satisfaction of comprehensive nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group.Conclusion Scientific ,hu-manly clinical comprehensive nursing is important to increasing the success rate of cure brain tumor by catheterization of deep vein and reducing the complications ,and can improve the effect.
