目的:探讨静滴联合鞘内注射万古霉素对脑室出血引流术后颅内感染的治疗作用。方法自2007-07-2013-06选取脑室出血外引流术后发生颅内感染的病人52例,根据不同的治疗方法,分为对照组23例和治疗组29例,对照组采用静滴广谱抗菌药物并腰穿等常规治疗,治疗组采用静滴万古霉素并腰穿,同时应用万古霉素鞘内注射,比较2组疗效差异。结果治疗7 d后,对照组23例,治愈14例,未愈9例;治疗组29例,治愈26例,未愈3例,治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论静滴联合鞘内注射万古霉素能显著提高脑室出血外引流术后颅内感染病人的临床疗效。

목적:탐토정적연합초내주사만고매소대뇌실출혈인류술후로내감염적치료작용。방법자2007-07-2013-06선취뇌실출혈외인류술후발생로내감염적병인52례,근거불동적치료방법,분위대조조23례화치료조29례,대조조채용정적엄보항균약물병요천등상규치료,치료조채용정적만고매소병요천,동시응용만고매소초내주사,비교2조료효차이。결과치료7 d후,대조조23례,치유14례,미유9례;치료조29례,치유26례,미유3례,치료조치유솔명현고우대조조,2조차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론정적연합초내주사만고매소능현저제고뇌실출혈외인류술후로내감염병인적림상료효。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravenous infusion combined with intrathecal injection of vancomycin in the treatment of intracranial infections following external ventricular drainage.Methods From July 2007 to June 2013 ,we trea-ted a total of 52 intraventricular hemorrhage patients with intracranial infection after external ventricular drainage ,which were divided into two groups according to different treatments.The control group (n=23) accepted intravenous broad-spectrum anti-biotics combined with lumbar puncture.The treatment group (n=29) were treated by intravenous infusion of vancomycin ,com-bined with lumbar puncture and intrathecal injection of vancomycin.And then the differences in the efficacy of two groups were evaluated.Results 14 of total 23 patients were cured in the control group ;however ,the cured cases in the treatment group were 26 of total 29 patients.The cured rate of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group ,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous infusion combined with intrathecal injection of vancomycin can significantly increase the efficacy of intracranial infection after external ventricular drainage in intraventricular hemorrhage pa-tients.
