目的：研究小儿脑软化与继发癫痫的关系。方法回顾性分析近10年来我院收治脑软化病人的临床和头颅影像学资料，研究脑软化不同病因、不同部位与继发癫痫的关系。结果（1）低血糖引起的脑软化继发癫痫风险高，且低血糖引起的脑软化主要发生在顶（枕）叶；（2）顶（枕）叶脑软化继发癫痫的风险高。结论低血糖引起的（顶）枕叶软化更容易出现癫痫，且难治性癫痫可能大。
목적：연구소인뇌연화여계발전간적관계。방법회고성분석근10년래아원수치뇌연화병인적림상화두로영상학자료，연구뇌연화불동병인、불동부위여계발전간적관계。결과（1）저혈당인기적뇌연화계발전간풍험고，차저혈당인기적뇌연화주요발생재정（침）협；（2）정（침）협뇌연화계발전간적풍험고。결론저혈당인기적（정）침협연화경용역출현전간，차난치성전간가능대。
Objective To study the correlation between encephalomalacia and epilepsy in children.Methods The clinical manifestation and imaging features of children with encephalomalacia in recent ten years in our hospital were retrospectively an-alyzed. We investigate the relation between different etiological factors and secondary epilepsy ,as well as the relation between different encephalomalacic regions and secondary epilepsy.Results The children with encephalomalacia caused by hypoglycemia are more likely to occur epilepsy ,and the encephalomalacic regions are mainly in parietal lobe or (and) occipital lobe. Children with encephalomalacia occurred in the parietal -occipital lobe has higher risk of epilepsy.Conclusion Children with encephalo-malacia occurred in the parietal -occipital caused by hypoglycemia are more prone to epilepsy ,furthermore ,and most of those patients are refractory.
