目的：分析联合应用庆大霉素及腰大池持续引流治疗颅内感染的临床价值。方法随机将我院2012-06-2013-05收治的各种原因引起的颅内感染患者60例，分为应用庆大霉素联合腰大池持续引流治疗组（观察组）和单用腰大池持续引流治疗组（对照组）各30例。观察2组治疗效果。结果2组患者拔除留置引流管时间比较，观察组明显短于对照组。同时，治疗8d后复查脑脊液常规显示，观察组在脑脊液常规中白细胞、蛋白质及葡萄糖较对照组明显改善，而颅内压比较未见明显差异。治疗8d后观察组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论应用庆大霉素及腰大池持续引流治疗颅内感染可提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the value of clinical application of gentamicin combined with lumbar continuous drainage in the treatment of intracranial infection. Methods 60 cases of intracranial infection patients in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the gentamicin combined with lumbar continuous drainage group (observation group) and lumbar continuous drainage group (control group) ,30 cases in each group. The effectiveness of the patients of two groups treated by different methods was observed. Results The time of removal of indwelling drainage tube in observation group was shorter than that of the control group. At the same time ,the improvements of cerebrospinal fluid leukocyte ,protein and glu-cose of the observation group were better than those of control group after 8 days of treatment ,but there was no significant difference in the intracranial pressure ;in addition ,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group after 8 days of treatment. Conclusion Gentamicin combined with lumbar continuous drainage in the treatment of intracranial infection can improve the therapeutic effect.
