目的:探讨醒脑静对脑出血后脑水肿及炎症因子的影响。方法98例保守治疗的脑出血患者随机分为2组,对照组41例采用常规脱水、营养脑细胞等治疗,观察组57例采用常规治疗加用醒脑静注射液治疗,疗程14 d。测定治疗前后出血量、水肿量、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)。结果2组患者治疗后出血量均有明显减少(P<0.01),但2组治疗后出血量无明显差异(P>0.05)。2组治疗后脑水肿量均有明显减少(P<0.01),且观察组比对照组减少更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后患者血清TNF-α和IL-6均有明显降低,与对照组治疗后比较,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的NIHSS评分均明显降低(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静可减少脑出血后脑水肿及炎症反应,改善神经功能。

목적:탐토성뇌정대뇌출혈후뇌수종급염증인자적영향。방법98례보수치료적뇌출혈환자수궤분위2조,대조조41례채용상규탈수、영양뇌세포등치료,관찰조57례채용상규치료가용성뇌정주사액치료,료정14 d。측정치료전후출혈량、수종량、혈청종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)화백세포개소-6(IL-6)。결과2조환자치료후출혈량균유명현감소(P<0.01),단2조치료후출혈량무명현차이(P>0.05)。2조치료후뇌수종량균유명현감소(P<0.01),차관찰조비대조조감소경명현(P<0.05)。2조치료후환자혈청TNF-α화IL-6균유명현강저,여대조조치료후비교,관찰조강저경명현(P<0.05)。치료후2조환자적NIHSS평분균명현강저(P<0.01),여대조조치료후비교,관찰조강저경명현(P<0.05)。결론성뇌정가감소뇌출혈후뇌수종급염증반응,개선신경공능。
Objective To study the effect of xingnaojing on brain edema and inflammatory factors in patients with brain hemorrhage.Methods 98 patients with brain hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group(n=41 ca-ses) and the observation group(n=57 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional dehydration and nu-trition brain cells. Patients in the observation group were treated with the conventional treatment plus xingnaojing. They were treated for 14 days. Bleeding volume ,edema ,serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment ,bleeding volume of patients were significantly reduced (P<0.01) ,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). After treatment ,brain edema volume were significantly re-duced (P<0.01) ,and more significantly decreased in the observation group than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment ,serum TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly reduced ,compared with control group ,those of the observation group re-duced more significantly (P<0.05). After treatment ,NIHSS scores of patients were significantly lower (P<0.01) ,compared with that of the control group ,there was significantly difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing can reduce brain edema and cerebral hemorrhage inflammation ,thereby improve nerve function.
